Thank you to families who have already paid the annual Student Resource Scheme (SRS) payment of $129. For families yet to pay please been reminded that payments are due this Friday 14th February.  

The SRS payment includes access for students to access subscriptions such as Reading Eggs, Mathseeds, Mathletics, Ebook and Britannica as well as class science and art consumables.

Please be aware the school has been invoiced by the abovementioned app providers for the number of learners that are logged into each app.  As such, logins to the above apps are only provided to the learners once the SRS payment is received. Logins for these apps will commence being rolled out next week; to ensure your child/children will have access to the above learning platforms the SRS invoice is required to be paid by the due date. 

For the parent or carer who holds the financial delegation on your student accounts i.e. the parent that receives the emailed invoice or can view it via QParents please check your Q Parents app for any outstanding payments. Payments can be paid via the QParents app or you can pay via BPoint link which is printed on the bottom left section of the invoice. 

In order to improve transparency regarding student accounts, the administration team will commence issuing monthly debtor statements from this month. Please ensure you check the balance owing on the statement and pay against the original invoice issued by the due date listed. Please refrain from paying the invoice from the link in the statement as this can sometimes result in invoices not matched against student accounts.
